🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most unused kitchen knives within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The knife must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used knives or those showing wear.
  • Customized or engraved knives.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Knife accessories that have been used or opened.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@vivaknives.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will respond with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Package the knife securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
  4. Send the item to the address below:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will receive a confirmation email regarding the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition, only a partial refund may be issued.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective due to manufacturing errors.
  • Damaged in transit.
  • Incorrect item received.

🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  1. Inspect your knife immediately upon delivery.
  2. If damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.
  3. We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on your preference.
